Regarding Missile Alert…

Hearing on False Alarm at East West center.

Governor should be the first in line to (try to) fix this issue; (while the congressional delegation are doing their works in the legislature).

If elected as governor, I would put myself first in line in resolving this issue, thru constant dialogue with fed officials in Washington DC (and Hawaii) and thru diplomacy.

Our security should be number one issue; and I don’t feel comfortable that Gov. Ige may not be currently (actively) in control of the issue, (even if he made bad judgments or mistakes previously).

Aloha.

Need Stricter Gun Law, Because We Are Emotional Being…

Last night, I showed my emotion (rather intentionally), by clicking “angry” buttons repeatedly; which alerted some of my fb friends if I can make rational decisions as a governor.

Look may be deceiving. I may be a very rational guy, although naturally I tend to be and look differently…lol.

The reason why I wanted to act excessively, was especially because I wanted to send a message that anyone can become mentally ill, esp. including the gun right advocates.

We are emotional beings; that is why we may be not perfect. Don’t they (esp. Gun right advocates) understand they can be also possibly become the mass shooter, if and when they become sick?

This is my simple reason why we need stricter gun control law, esp til we see no mass shootings.

Security – Top Priority; Further Explanation May Be Necessary…

Order of importance in our lives:

Among other things,
1. Security.
2. Health.
3. Money.
4….etc.

Gov. Ige never explained further and/or neglected to explain why he repeatedly deceived us, as Hawaii People’s commander-in-chief, during and even after the false missile attack; but, he may be now busy trying to buy our votes, by throwing out some? packages (e.g. economic or infrastructure development?) for his re-election bid.

Dear Gov. Ige,

No matter what you are trying to do, FIRST, you may need to clear our minds about the security issue, because it may be our top priority.

Keyword: Priority. Preparedness.

Aloha.

P.S. As medical professional (dentist), we are often trained to handle emergencies.

Especially, as a holder of a sedation certificate, in addition to 3 states licenses, I am extra careful when I work in certain clinics, because we may face some serious complications or emergencies.

So, it has become sort of my routine to check e.g. emergency kits and equipments, esp. if and when I am invited to do some extensive surgical procedures and/or under (oral) sedation, (usually on pediatric or geriatric patients).

If deficient, I tend to limit my service to much simpler procedures.

Well, if and in case of emergencies, I may momentarily black out…lol..; but so far, I was able and have done necessary procedures.
(Note: My licenses and certificates are all CLEAN…including DEA. I have never received any sanctions on them in my 25 years of professional life; although there were some malicious attempts, I defeated and defended myself all of them.)

Aloha.

People May Be Feeling Lost…

Gov. Ige might have survived this false alarm issue, had he had fired (or at least left on administrative leave) Mr. Miyagi and the button pusher, right (or soon) after the incident.
But, now, it may be too late…
Aloha.

Note: I hope Gov. Ige knows that people may be feeling lost…

We Know – It Was Not An Honest Mistake.

Star Advertiser – ‘Button pusher’ not cooperating with multiple investigations

Well, no need…!

We probably already know and pretty much can tell that it may not be a pure accident, from Gov Ige’s incomplete and improper responses. (But, no need to know the specific details…lol)

Gov. Ige may not be necessarily a bad guy; but neither the public nor the people around (behind?) him may not be happy with him.

1. Public may not be happy, but because we can easily deduce and arrive at the most likely conclusion of the event, thanks to easily noticeable Gov. Ige’s inconsistencies. (Most likely, it was not an honest mistake.)

2. People around (behind) him may not be happy with Gov. Ige either, because of his incompetence?..lol.

Aloha.

My Message To Fellow People of Hawaii…

HNN-Governor got call that missile alert was false 2 minutes after it was sent

My message to fellow People of Hawaii,

(If it was an intentional false alert),

As a Democrat,

I apologize in the fullest extent; and, (as long as I am in control), I promise it will never happen under my administration, (if I get elected).

If Gov. Ige is unable to explain further, I have no other choice but to ask for his resignation.

And, we may truly need reform in our party.

Aloha.

Plz, Do It Now!

Plz, Do it now…!

Dear Gov. Ige,

A few days ago, I suggested the following after the false alert.

You are investigating the event, and the system has been upgraded. It’s good; and I understand that.

But, what if it (or another different emergency) happens again, during those 30, 60 days of the investigation, and despite the system upgrade?

Plz, take my advice, and do it now!

Because, e.g. you may need to directly communicate with media (a hotline), in the event of new emergency, (esp. during those times).

Mahalo nui.

My previous post:

We are all human beings; and mistakes can be made, especially in case of emergency.

So, I suggest followings to Gov. Ige:

Among other things,

1. Emergency protocols (mandate) should be written and followed, in simple sentences, in the event of an emergency like today, (even if it turned out to be false alarm); although I am pretty sure we may already have something like this.

2. Governor and his staff should carry such protocol at all times, 24/7, (just like nuclear buttons..lol).

3. Governor should set up a 24/7 hotline (direct communication lines), to get direct access to media, for his emergency announcement (by the protocol) to public, in the event like today.

4. Governor should double check and reinforce all emergency hotlines within government, esp. between each dept of the government and all emergency management officials.

5. Etc…

Aloha.

Is Gov. Ige Really In Trouble, Now?

Who is lying here?
HIEMA? or FEMA?

Gee,
Is Gov. Ige (and Mr. Miyagi) really in trouble now?

Well, if so, my analysis regarding the false alarm may be probably right…?

Aloha.

Regarding False Alarm; Conversations…

Regarding Expansion of Papahānaumokuākea Monument

Dear US Senators and Congresswoman from Hawaii,
If and when the state’s and national interests may be in conflict, please think more carefully and thoughtfully…e.g. by negotiating or bargaining?
Please, remember and don’t forget that you are representing Hawaii people, too…!!
(I am sure you would do your best, but it is just a reminder…!?)
Note: My previous post comment.
“Well, if the expansion of the national monument is not much backed by science, then there may be better? reason behind? (Yup, the environment and its conservation effort is important, but may be not strong enough reason to kill State’s commercial fishery. Well, the national monument might have already been there for the purpose…)
How about strategic (military) importance of the area?
If so, Fed might have won over the Fed’s vs State’s interest.
Just my thought.”
