Please, Do Not Underestimate People’s Will (And My Capability).

Dear Ms. Hanabusa,

As a lawyer, you should know there exists conflict of interest between your current job as US congresswoman and your running and campaign for governor.

I urge you again that you must withdraw your candidacy and campaigning for governor, since you are already disqualified by law.

Please, don’t look down and disregard Hawaii People’s continuous pleas, since, as a lawyer, you should already know your illegality and disqualification of running and campaigning for governor, first without quitting your current job as congresswoman.

If the primary election does not happen as scheduled and/or taxpayers’ burden are much more due to possible extra cost, it may be attributed (to you) and as a result of your unprofessionalism and false sense of security that your friends in the court would (might) help you out, despite the obvious illegality.

Please, do not underestimate people’s will (and my capability).

Aloha.

We Know – It Was Not An Honest Mistake.

Star Advertiser – ‘Button pusher’ not cooperating with multiple investigations

Well, no need…!

We probably already know and pretty much can tell that it may not be a pure accident, from Gov Ige’s incomplete and improper responses. (But, no need to know the specific details…lol)

Gov. Ige may not be necessarily a bad guy; but neither the public nor the people around (behind?) him may not be happy with him.

1. Public may not be happy, but because we can easily deduce and arrive at the most likely conclusion of the event, thanks to easily noticeable Gov. Ige’s inconsistencies. (Most likely, it was not an honest mistake.)

2. People around (behind) him may not be happy with Gov. Ige either, because of his incompetence?..lol.

Aloha.

May Need To Study In Advance For Appeal…

Now, I am studying on prospective appeal and motion to US Supreme Court, in case Ms. Hanabusa continues to ignore my plea regarding her illegality and disqualification, and further if the state supreme court makes a biased decision on the case.

Gee, I need to file 40 copies to the US supreme court, and for proof of service, need about 3 copies to (Ms. Hanabusa, the state supreme court, and probably on State election office); which means 43 copies of petition for writ of certiorari and motion to stay, respectively.

At least, altogether, 86 copies…gee. (On each copy, however, I don’t know how many copies of documents that I have to make…lol.)

Note: As pro se, self litigant, I probably can’t file them electronically, which is much cheaper and easier. (This may be one way for court to control the influx of pro se petitions…lol)
But, at least, this petition is to be rather a simple case.(I remember I had to make 10,000 – 20,000 copies of documents on one of my previous cases on appeal…lol.)

Aloha.

A Needed Step As Non Lawyer.

Some people may wonder why I tend to indulge myself into Ms. Hanabus’s illegality and disqualification issue. They may question that I may have too negative mind?

If so, please remember that I may be in researching and preparing mode for upcoming prospective legal challenge, in case if Ms. Hanabusa does not withdraw her from illegal candidacy for governor.

As a non lawyer, I may need to prepare more like this, esp. because there may also be possibility that the state supreme court may also be biased, (if it is in the same way in Cobb vs State, although it is different at this time).

If the primary election does not happen, due to my prospective appeal and motion to stay in US supreme court, I want to let the people of Hawaii know that it may be due to the state court’s (prospective) fault, if and when they don’t write fair and correct opinion on the case. (I would also address this prospective issue to remind the court, if and when I file Objection; so, they make the correct decision, and subsequently, I may not have to file the appeal and the motion to US supreme court, either.)

So, if I mention more about Ms. Hanabusa’s illegality of her candidacy for governor in the future, it may be more to prepare for me to study and focus on the case.

Plz, remember again this may be a needed and necessary step for me, especially as a non lawyer.

Thank you very much for your understanding in advance.

Aloha.
