Voter Suppression!

Voter Suppression!
“Democratic Party of Hawaii and Media must show if they included my name on the polls; if so, they must reveal what my numbers are.
If zero, it proves that they did not include my name, since my Facebook followers have been consistently higher than that of Mrs. Cayetano throughout the campaign until now; (currently me 1,438, Mrs. Cayetano 971).
Otherwise, they must show why they did not include my name in the polls.
If so, it’s clear voter suppression, absolutely illegal.”

Governor’s Pardons…

Prospective Governor’s PARDONS!

Although more research may be necessary, my prospective administrations, if elected, may want to (likely) forgive previous corruptions, as long as they proactively and positively work for the future of Hawaii.

Note: Some damages, as a result of such corruption, may need to be compensated or returned, though. However, they may likely be assessed and evaluated further, before such actions.

More vetting needed in election process…

Plz watch this video; the meeting happened on March 18, 2022.

I browsed thru it, but, found strangely and particularly Scotty Anderson’s actions might be very defensive and not trustful, although Scott Nago, Chief Election Officer, might (would) have also been defensive.

My findings, among other things, are;

If City and County employees are responsible for transport of Election boxes, there may (should) exist possibly clear conflicts of interests, which may be influenced by their personal and/or their union’s interests.

Government employees or their union, therefore, should be prohibited from being and having political influence.
E.g. HGEA’s endorsement on political candidates should (must) be stopped and prohibited.

My request to Election Commission is also that they thoroughly check and vet more ALL OF the voting process, including functions of the voting machines.

Mahalo.

Politics, only issues related to Money?

Should politics be all about money in Hawaii?
Am I too naive?
Perhaps so, but at least at the beginning?, the politics might (should) have not started only because of money related policy issues.
As I stated before, Hawaii ‘s MAIN problems are not just money related policy issues, but more of fundamental problems among and within ourselves.
If you tend to see only policy issues, (having to do with money), as main problems in Hawaii politics, you may be among the people who are much suffering from low self-esteem, not knowing the true priorities in our society.
I hope you understand my point.
Aloha.

My Contribution to Hawaii Politics, so far!

My contribution (with facts and evidence) to Hawaii politics and analysis in my OWN perspectives, (whether you believe it or not). And, Reminder to the voters.

Among others,

1. Gov Ige visited Korean community for the first time as incumbent Governor in 2018, when I ran.

2. Ironically, Gov Ige gave Korean community of $1,000,000 grant at that time, (although I have consistently claimed it was a bribe), probably in fear of my existence as his opponent.
(So far, Gov Ige failed to provide and disclose such grant application and corresponding documents.)

3. Probably in Status Quo’s some fear of my candidacy and possible election against Gov Ige, and despite her recent election as a US congresswoman, Ms. Hanabusa suddenly entered into the gubernatorial race in 2018, (perhaps, pressure from Status Quo).

4. Despite her failure to abide by “resign to run” mandate, Article II, Section 7 of our constitution, Media reported or somehow supported Hanabusa’s candidacy, throughout the primary.

5. Despite Hanabusa’s failure to abide by the “resign to run” mandate, Tulsi Gabbard early endorsed and campaigned for Hanabusa.
Upon my complaint, perhaps also partially due to her realization of the fact that her such move was against her principle, Tulsi announced not running for Congress, only day(s)? after my such complaint on my Facebook, (although some may argue it was coincidental and not due to my complaint…lol).

6. At this time of pandemic, especially prior to delta variant invasion to the islands, I was ONLY AND FIRST doctor (medical professional) who PUBLICLY advised officials to tighten our ports with more screening and tests, while many others (including Lg Green) were having and falsely promoting euphoria of herd immunity only thru vaccinations.

7. Since then, I have denounced Lg Green and demanded his (and Gov. Ige’s) resignation til this day.

8. Sadly, Media have supported Lg Green, despite his total negligence that he INTENTIONALLY had caused the Delta surge (and also Omicron surge as a result), against his conscience as a doctor and liason for COVID19.

9. Now, in the name of people’s calling and in the SIMILAR pattern as in 2018 primary, Kai Kahele, freshman US congressman, also tries to peek into Governor race, after making announcement of government failures in some of which also contain my prior ideas how to tackle the virus, e.g. tighten our ports with more screening and tests.
It might have been because the Status Quo’s (and Media’s) worry that Lg Green’s political future may not look good, fearing my election especially due to my such noise campaign.

Oh well?
Will see how things unfold…lol.

Was it Correct Judgment on the Motion to dismiss?

Question to Chief Justice Rechtenwald!

How can you prove you made logical, correct legal decision on this case?

This is about my Complaint to Supreme Court (Election Objection) regarding Def. Gov Ige’s alleged bribing on Korean community with $1,000,000, when I also ran for Governor in 2018.

Note: Motion to Dismiss is an early Court screening if the Complaint was frivolous and of no merit.
If the Complaint shows at least some fact and evidence, where triable issue exists, then the Court is to deny such motion.

The Court decision even stated “MOST favorable” should (must) be given to my fact and evidence, but the court dismissed my case without trial, against their own law.

Simply, the Court was in contempt of themselves, their own court.

Chief Justice Rechtenwald must have duty to Hawaii people for such explanations, since he was a part of this decision of the State’s highest court.

Bribe? or Grant?

More documents and info on richardkimhawaii.com

Where are the grant documents and applications? Where have they been stored?
Grant award at a golf tournament?
Why not signing ceremony at State Capitol?
Note: The captured picture was (is) at Lg Chin’s official site (in 2018, when I also ran for Governor)…lol
Gov. Ige has duty to explain that it was not a BRIBE. (Ironically, in 2018 election time, Gov. Ige visited Hawaii Korean association, for the FIRST time as any incumbent Governor.)

Mistreatment!

(Continued from the picture); Ms. Izumi told me, if not sure, I should talk to her staff, Sandy; (so, I talked and reported to Sandy, first.)

I was not sure the exact food items whether they were by myself or together with other people. But, she wanted me to itemize them (with permission to amend), so I itemized which might have randomly included my personal consumption, even though they did not come exactly the same amount, e.g $39.23 (but it came to $39.82) because I don’t exactly remember the amounts accordingly; but, she insisted specific info.

Fyi, I included foods only when traveling neighbor islands, which are basically all campaign related activities.

But, even if I may still amend more in agreement and with her permission, (she called me and) she still threatened that she would fine me $1,000 for each item.

After long argument, she might have realized I can still amend til Oct 1, 2018. So, she gave me one more time to amend.

So, I decided not to report all the food and some unclear items; since she allowed me to amend one more time. (But, she previouly agreed I can amend as many times as needed til Oct. 1, 2018.)

Plz, remember I didn’t receive any donations from anyone in my campaign; so, I did not misuse any other people’s money improperly, (since they were all my personal money).

In the meantime, she only wanted to hear more about Gov. Ige’s bribing case, so I explained over the phone; even if I offered to meet her at her office, she stated the case is out of her jurisdiction.

So, I asked then, “whose jurisdiction?” She could not answer me more, although she somehow mentioned legislature.

I am just reporting what I am enduring now.

Thanks for the attention.

Aloha.

Hawaii people are healthier than that

Do you think Hawaii people are that much sick? I don’t think so.

This was my response to a person who believes the election was not rigged.

As we know, I just got 1,576 votes, only 0.6%.
Hawaii people are way healthier than that, not to mention my personal encounter on tens of thousands people.

The sad thing is Media (and establishments) are trying to bury me in the false public opinion and statistics. This may only make us become more vulnerable to low self esteem, (e.g. black and white thinking).

Well, thinking of those who copied my platforms in the race, with “work on ourselves”, “two more holidays”, and the infamous “be change now” who basically helped Josh Green elected as Lt Gov. with heavy ads; and, all of them got a lot more votes than me.

How ironic!

I am not saying I could have been elected, but, definitely, I might have received tens of thousands of votes, had there not been rigging in the election.

Sadly, my concern is it might have not been just at this time.

Hawaii may not have a future, unless there are reforms, especially in Media.

Wake up, my dear people of Hawaii!

Unless we wake up and determine our own destiny, as one my lawyer friend stated, we may continuously be “sheeple”, being played by Media and establishments.

Plz, be correctly informed; and often consider the media reports may be false, since their manipulations may be beyond our imagination.

Aloha.

North Korea?

We all know North Korea is not only communist country, but Kim Jong Un is one of the worst dictators in the world.

Well, I feel we may be not much different from North Korea, after seeing how things are going in our system, threatening our core value of democracy.

Perhaps, we are, in no way, like North Korea, but may have only a bit more complicated system than that of North Korea…lol.

Aloha.

I did my part

If someone lied to you, and stopped talking when you confronted him that he lied, would you trust his subsequent action(s)?

That is what happened between me and Mr. Nago, chief election officer in Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate. But, he proceeded with the election process, but rather, ironically, claiming I did not communicate further (to him) and it was allegedly my fault.

Would you trust the election result ochestrated by him, especially when his integrity is doubtful and questionable?

Don’t you think we have a duty to show that he did not rig the election result?

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court determined I just asserted without facts or proof. This was their decision.

Dear folks,
I did my part, spending my own money, time and energy, showing you the facts.

Now, it may be your duty…for the future of Hawaii.

Aloha.

Defendat Ige’s case

The Supreme Court’s decision about Defendant Ige’s bribing case.

Chief Election Officer’s and Ms. Hanabusa’s case

The Supreme Court’s decision regarding the chief election officer’s election fraud and Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate.

No justice

It seems the Supreme Court already ruled in favor of the State Defendants (esp. Scott Nago, Chief Election Officer) and Defendant Ige.

I guess there is no justice in our judicial system. (I had merits in my cases, and, there existed competing evidence, which should have been in my favor, by law.)

I will download and post the decisions soon.

You be the judge; and, I don’t have to explain further.

I did my best in my part.
Well, it is their problem, not mine. (Only difference is that they have power and I don’t.)

They just proved that the power is everything in our society.
I wish them a good luck of their future, especially educating their kids with this concept.

Aloha.

Default

It seems Ms. Hanabusa is in default, in the Supreme Court case, since she did not respond till yesterday (5 days after the service) according to the Court record. (The papers were served to her at both Hanabusa for Governor and Honolulu office for US Congress on 8/17/2018.)

Public humiliation?

I want to believe our judicial system, especially Supreme Court.

And, if the Court is fair, reasonable, and logical, I should win the motions in both cases.

If the Supreme Court denies his motion, Gov. Ige should step down to avoid further public humiliation.

Gov. Ige would be my another witness in the Court.

My opposition to State Defendants

My opposition to the state defendants’ motion to dismiss.

My opposition to Defendant Ige

My opposition to defendant Ige’s motion to dismiss.

State Defendants’ motion

State defendants’ motion to dismiss.

Defendant Ige’s motion

Defendant David Ige’s motion to dismiss.

Misuse

Gov. Ige might have assigned his case to 3 deputy attorney generals, of which two of them are my current opponents in other case about Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate.

But, this case is about his wrongdoing as individual, David Ige, as a candidate. (I sued him as an individual, candidate, but not as governor.) I believe he should either represent himself or hire his own personal lawyer.

I don’t think this is right.

Note: He may try to justify as if it was a government bussiness; but, this case is just personal misuse and over utilization of government position as governor.

Step down!

$1,000,000 is not a small amount of money.

Why do you think Gov. Ige did not publicly announce his donation to (for) Korean Cultural Center?

(Since it is a news report by KBFD TV, it should be considered true; although we don’t know yet how Gov. Ige would respond to it.)

Being secretive and main media not reporting the news, itself, would likely make Gov. Ige guilty of election fraud.

Even if he claims it was a legitimate government project that he has been planning, then why did he choose Korean community as the first? recipient among many other ethinic groups during this election time?

Why not Chinese community? Why not Hispanic community? Why not Vietnamese community? etc…

Had I not been his opponent in the gubernatorial race, do you think he could have donated such big money to Korean community?

Also, had he not donated the money, do you think Koreans might have supported him, amog other reasons, knowing that I am the first Korean (and Korean speaking) candidate, ever in the gubernatorial race; also, especially after the false alarm fiasco?

Gov. Ige should step down; not to mention his win should be voided. (Due to conflict of interest with me, Mr. Nago, chief election officer, might likely have rigged the election results, as if Gov. Ige won just over 50%, fearing Ms. Hanabusa may be disqualified in court, and creating a justification of no need of new primary election, even if so.)

Note: There may be 35,000-50,000 Korean (and their relatives) voters in Hawaii.

5 Justices

Hawaii’s future now depends on these 5 justices of Hawaii Supreme Court:

1. Case number: SCEC-18-0000639
Gov. Ige’s election violation, election fraud; illegitimate donation of $1,000,000 to (for) Korean Cultural Center, which is not built yet.

2. Case number: SCEC-18-0000650
Election Fraud by Chief Election Officer, Scott Nago; and, Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate.

Note: pictures borrowed from internet; no intention of copyright infringement.

Office of Elections

Now, I see one of the biggest threats to our democracy may be Office of Elections.

From my current case and experience with Chief Election Officer, Mr. Nago, in Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate, I suspect they might have been selecting or deselecting the politicians thru rigging, if they were not able to control or they don’t like them before the elections.

If they don’t like you, you may never become elected.

This is very serious crime, threatening our core value of democracy, if so.

Many Hawaii people are very naive; and I also see people (me, no exception) may sometimes misunderstand politics and/or mistakenly label or mislabel people around politics due to main media’s and establishment’s manipulations for their interests.

I truly hope the Supreme Court orders the investigation on the Office of Elections.
And, more vetting systems may need to be implemented; and frequent audits need to be conducted on the regular basis, (more than now by different people and departments).

This may be now one of top Hawaii Reforms that we need to have.

Aloha.

Election Objection about Chief Election Officer and Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification

Election Objection regarding Scott Nago’s, Chief Election Officer’s, illegality in violation of HRS 19-3 (8), and probable Rigging of the primary election (results) due to conflict of interest with me, as well as Ms. Hanabusa’s disqualification as gubernatorial candidate.
