Dear voters,
How is my candidacy different and unique? Among other things,
1. I am the only candidate who has been willing to give in the candidacy if I can find better quality candidate.
2. I am the only candidate with specific COVID-19 Two track action plan, to control and/or eradicate in Hawaii; so, among other things, Keikis don’t have to wear mask at school.
Last 2 1/2 years of pandemic has revealed lots of flaws in our society.
Especially, pandemic management by the officials was utter failure; and they basically abandoned us since delta invasion. Sadly, Media have been silent and rather in cahoots especially with Josh Green who had caused mass casualties in delta floodgate.
In my Covid two track plan, although tightening our ports with more screening and tests is necessary at the same time, but to control within Hawaii, we want to test everyone altogether, perhaps two weekend days, Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. If not successful, we do it again the following weekends until we eradicate the virus for no case for about 10-14 days for Omicron.
This can be self reported all voluntarily thru mobile app, self isolated if needed, without requiring any lockdown.
2ndly, for travelers coming to the islands, we test them before boarding, and test again following morning after arrival.
If cannot be done before boarding, we test during flight, but mask mandate during the time and until testing in the following morning.
The protocol may be adjusted and changed accordingly as necessary.
And, these methods would become benchmarking and guidelines for possible future invasion by the other variants and microbes.
3. I am the only candidate with specific Media Reform plans. Among others, Journalists Labor Union and Media Mediation Commission for General public.
My plans totally guarantee Media’s 1st amendment, free speech and press.
(But, they may come in only when they make fake news.)
4. I am the only candidate who promote emotional growth among us; and also we want to implement emotional health curricula at our schools.
Hawaii is sick, and we need treatment. Especially, we need more healing from the pain that we have not been consciously aware.
5. I am the only candidate with much bigger picture with more specific plans, in pursuing self-sustainable economic growth.
We are facing stagflation due to pandemic; and boosting economy while diversifying to self-sustainable levels is necessary.
In that, we need to boost transportation; bringing back ferries, making roads like H4, H5 freeways , and connecting Kaena point.
If need quick revenue growth, we may want to bring Las Vegas casino to the islands, but not in Waikiki.
And, affordable housing may not be possible without sufficient revenues no matter how good plans are.
In order to reduce cost of living, we need to sufficiently grow our own foods, make our own goods, produce more cost-effective alternative energy like nuclear power.
As Jones Act alternative, we also want to build US port like in Jonston Island, so we reduce shipping cost to and from Western Pacific regions.
To control ever increasing house price, for example, we want to implement Aloha Score, in addition to FICO score, so non residents cannot buy Hawaii property only with money.
Plz, refer to my plan, Aloha dept and Aloha Court, as well.
We build our own Hawaii nation within Nation.
So, we become independent and interdependent with federal government.
In conclusion, so far, I haven’t found any candidate, who can do better, and also honor and carry on with my plans.

But, as of May 31, 2022, 4:50pm, Josh Green unblocked me. (Now, I can see his fb official page as Lt Governor.) But, Josh Green blocked me again as of June 2, 2022.

I understand the cancellation might have not been your original intention. As you may know, Media have been boycotting me and my candidacy for Governor, (especially because my Reform plans include Media Reform), by only metioning 3 candidates of their preferential choice, as if they are the only major candidates. Voter Suppression!
“Democratic Party of Hawaii and Media must show if they included my name on the polls; if so, they must reveal what my numbers are.
If zero, it proves that they did not include my name, since my Facebook followers have been consistently higher than that of Mrs. Cayetano throughout the campaign until now; (currently me 1,438, Mrs. Cayetano 971).
Otherwise, they must show why they did not include my name in the polls.
If so, it’s clear voter suppression, absolutely illegal.”
My probable agendas of Media Reform, if and when I run and get elected as your governor.
Among other things,
1. First, I would ask Media to Reform on their own.
2. I would encourage and help implement or form JOURNALISTS LABOR UNION, (if exists, then strengthen to have more independence in news making), (regardless whatever their contracts with their companies). In that way, the journalists may stand together against the companies’ manipulations, if any, and then they can be more likely (better) in control of their news and articles.
3. I would help implement a Media law, which would rate each Media, journalist, and their each news and article, just like health departments rating restaurants. (But, we would make sure and guarantee their freedom of press.)
4. I would help implement or make Civil Beat lose their non profit status, unless they reform on their own. Because, I have seen they have often produced bias and/or misinformation thru their news and articles, against public interests.
5. If and after Reform, I would help and see if Media can use government funds, according to their views and circulations, if and when they need financial help due to such Reform.
6. If TV stations report like in regular news interviews with officials (e.g. LG Green at Khon2), we require them to disclose their specific sponsor(s) in such (each) news segment at the bottom of their screen, conspicuously at the same time. (Reminder. We make sure and allow their freedom of speech and press.)
7. Media Mediation Commission (may) need to be established, preferably under the prospective, independent “Aloha Dept”, (or by the government, although not preferable). (More discussion may be needed in details)
The Commission would control and manage ratings of each media, journalist, and news article. They would receive any complaint of Media and their reports, and mediate, and further recommend, any corrections and/or sanctions, if necessary. (Only government can sanction them. And, if not yet, all journalists and media should require to have licenses.)
Such records should be a public record.
Note: The basic idea of having the Commission is to require (esp. Mass media) journalists to have and maintain the comparable or similar level of ethics as other professionals like doctors and lawyers.

But, in Hawaii, those agressors (e.g. narcissists) often act victims. E.g. Media.
Do you know impact and damage of false propaganda (both positive and negative) by Media’s and Status Quo’s power play?
That’s why I chose NOISE CAMPAIGN, especially because I am basically non-existent in their reports and polls.
Even if I do such, their power play (e.g. mis, dis, un-information) is much bigger than my such noise campaign.
Voters need to know everything what’s going on, as much as possible.
That’s why Hawaii people sometimes realize truth after the elections.
Sometimes, Aloha should be practiced from different angles. Being silent is not always a virue, especially when you have truth.

However, if you still think your withdrawal was due to Mayor Caldwell’s early dropping out, but you are still willing to debate, I can ask Chamber of Commerce to keep the date (June 30, 2022) for our debate, by not canceling it, unless you prefer with other candidates including Josh Green and Kai Kahele. This guy, Tom George of KITV4 , is BRAINWASHING innocent Hawaii people with misinformation, as if there are only 3 candidates, by repeatedly stating only three are major candidates.

I dare to tell him I am (may be) better than any of the 3 candidates, in qualifications as well as life experiences.
Their candidates’ promises are basically empty promises without any action plans. Even if they have, their plans are money eating plans, e.g. cannot be done without money and/or collaborations by legislature. Simply, anyone can promise plans, stating only if I have money…gee.
It’s sad that Mrs. Cayetano doesn’t even object Tom George’s repeated statement of 3 candidates, even though she pulled out from our debate with her and Mayor Caldwell at Chambers of Commerce in rescheduled but cancelled event on June 30, 2022.
Mrs. Cayetano owes Hawaii people why she pulled out from already confirmed debate at her side, although was rescheduled far in advance, about 7 weeks in advance.

My message regarding Kai Kahele’s running for Governor.
Sadly, in my opinion, Kai Kahele succumbed to Status Quo and Media.
And, he didn’t say, but probably he may also not resign his current position as US Congressman, (even though having been dictated in our Constitution, Article II, Section 7, “Resign to Run” mandate).
I believe he violated his own principles, e.g. pono and kuleana.
I feel especially bad because this election may rather be going into much more divisions among all different racial and ethnic groups in Hawaii, as Status Quo and Media have been manipulating thru many years, if not generations.
Whoever wins this election, we may have to do a lot more work for our unity in Hawaii, especially for our future generations.
Nonetheless, I wish Kai Kahele a good luck in our gubernatorial race.

Josh Green must not be our Governor. Simply because, he would INTENTIONALLY sacrifice MANY human lives again, over money or economy, especially against his conscience as a doctor.
Plz, remember, despite clear evidence, e.g. news on 6/21/2021 and ~5 months of delta variant surge (and also omicron, as a result) and mass casualties, Josh Green and Media have never apologized yet. This may mean it can happen again, if the same situations and opportunities come, Josh Green will do it again, and Media may again be silent.

I just received cancellation notice from Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, which was rescheduled for June 30, 2022, because both Mrs. Cayetano and Mayor Caldwell dropped out the debate.
I demanded my own forum and debate, instead cancellation.

P.S. It seems Josh Green is still afraid of participating and/or avoiding me.
My analysis and opinion;
Carrot and Stick or Full-Court Press on Kahele, at the same time?
Did Biden nominate a controversial person, perhaps, only because he most recently served as a field representative for US Congressman Kahele?
But, at the same time, the media are continuously attacking and pounding on Kahele, as if he still wants to run for Governor?
As I already predicted, they may be still pushing Kahele to the limit, for him to accept their terms, by running for Governor, (in lieu of becoming their scapegoat in Gubernatorial election?), (although my prediction and analysis may be wrong).
If so, I urge Congressman Kahele should not be influenced by such deal and instigation.
Plz, just stay put and run for reelection.

Why Josh Green must not be our governor and rather should resign?
Facts and evidence regarding delta floodgate only lead to Josh Green’s ACTIVE responsibility for ~5 months of hundreds of unnecessary deaths and tens of thousands avoidable infections, especially as a doctor and liaison for COVID19. (See News on June 21, 2021.)
So far, Josh Green (and Governor Ige) have not apologized at all, despite there have been clear (even legal) connection between his intentional negligence and mass casualties as a result.
Sadly, Media have been in cahoots, and they have rather reported as if Josh Green has done a good job in COVID19 management. It must have been pure manipulation by Media (and Status Quo) thru mis, dis, and un- information to innocent Hawaii people.
If Josh Green gets elected thru Media’s (and Status Quo’s) such manipulations on people, plz don’t forget he may again choose mass human casualties over money, if we get into similar situations in the future.
The viral damage is not over yet. Hawaii may likely be one of the last places on earth to suffer the damage, at least til we reach herd immunity at the GLOBAL level, thru natural infections and vaccinations.
Again, plz remember Josh Green (as well as Media) have not admitted guilt or apologized yet.

Civil Beat (and Status Quo) want Kahele to run for Governor, so Josh Green be elected by dividing our votes, especially my votes with his, since he and I share some same or similar values, especially how we tackle pandemic, which may be coming from the same voters.
Among other reasons that Kahele might not have wanted to follow their planned directions may be, if he runs for Governor, as I lately warned him (https://www.facebook.com/100003244221337/posts/4873906179394141/), a few days before Nick Grube’s initial breakout news that was damaging to Kahele, he needs to resign his current position as US Congressman, (according to our State Constitution, resign to run mandate, Article II section 7). Knowing he may not likely be elected, then he would be left out with no elected position.
Perhaps, they might have assured him of alternative position like what they might have perhaps (also) assured to Hanabusa in 2018 election, now as Chair of Rail board?
This is what I wrote earlier this year (around January 30, 2022) when they made news about Kahele’s possible run for Governor.
“My contribution (with facts and evidence) to Hawaii politics and analysis. And, Reminder to the voters.
Among others,
1. Gov Ige visited Korean community for the first time as incumbent Governor in 2018, when I ran.
2. Ironically, Gov Ige gave Korean community of $1,000,000 grant at that time, (although I have consistently claimed it was a bribe), probably in fear of my existence as his opponent.
(So far, Gov Ige failed to provide and disclose such grant application and corresponding documents.)
3. Probably in Status Quo’s some fear of my candidacy and possible election against Gov Ige, and despite her recent election as a US congresswoman, Ms. Hanabusa suddenly entered into the gubernatorial race in 2018, (perhaps, pressure from Status Quo).
4. Despite her failure to abide by “resign to run” mandate, Article II, Section 7 of our constitution, Media reported or somehow supported Hanabusa’s candidacy, throughout the primary.
5. Despite Hanabusa’s failure to abide by the “resign to run” mandate, Tulsi Gabbard early endorsed and campaigned for Hanabusa.
Upon my complaint, perhaps also partially due to her realization of the fact that her such move was against her principle, Tulsi announced not running for Congress, only day(s)? after my such complaint on my Facebook, (although some may argue it was coincidental and not due to my complaint…lol).
6. At this time of pandemic, especially prior to delta variant invasion to the islands, I was ONLY AND FIRST doctor (medical professional) who PUBLICLY advised officials to tighten our ports with more screening and tests, while many others (including Lg Green) were having and falsely promoting euphoria of herd immunity only thru vaccinations.
7. Since then, I have denounced Lg Green and demanded his (and Gov. Ige’s) resignation til this day.
8. Sadly, Media have supported Lg Green, despite his total negligence that he INTENTIONALLY had caused the Delta surge (and also Omicron surge as a result), against his conscience as a doctor and liason for COVID19.
9. Now, in the name of people’s calling and in the SIMILAR pattern as in 2018 primary, Kai Kahele, freshman US congressman, also tries to peek into Governor race, after making announcement of government failures in some of which also contain my prior ideas how to tackle the virus, e.g. tighten our ports with more screening and tests.
It might have been because the Status Quo’s (and Media’s) worry that Lg Green’s political future may not look good, fearing my election especially due to my such noise campaign.

Star Advertiser (Media) is still trying to manipulate and control innocent Hawaii people with ridiculous and biased reasoning.
Simply, they are ridiculously claiming only those candidates covered by Media deserve to win despite having poor plans and ideas…lol.

Status Quo in Hawaii might have still been instigating the freshman Congressman Kahele to give up his reelection by running for Governor.
Well, did Chad Blair, F grade journalist, also recently state as if the Status Quo are going to elect Kai Kahele as Governor instead, perhaps by ditching Josh Green?…lol.
But, as I previously analyzed, it might be rather to divide our votes against Green, so Green gets elected. Simply, Kahele might have been their scapegoat.
