May Need To Study In Advance For Appeal…

Now, I am studying on prospective appeal and motion to US Supreme Court, in case Ms. Hanabusa continues to ignore my plea regarding her illegality and disqualification, and further if the state supreme court makes a biased decision on the case.

Gee, I need to file 40 copies to the US supreme court, and for proof of service, need about 3 copies to (Ms. Hanabusa, the state supreme court, and probably on State election office); which means 43 copies of petition for writ of certiorari and motion to stay, respectively.

At least, altogether, 86 copies…gee. (On each copy, however, I don’t know how many copies of documents that I have to make…lol.)

Note: As pro se, self litigant, I probably can’t file them electronically, which is much cheaper and easier. (This may be one way for court to control the influx of pro se petitions…lol)
But, at least, this petition is to be rather a simple case.(I remember I had to make 10,000 – 20,000 copies of documents on one of my previous cases on appeal…lol.)

Aloha.
