I support the single payer system, (as Mr. Sanders has been demanding); however, we may need to have very thorough vetting process (esp. how to prevent and safeguard against e.g. possible corruptions and poor services), because we don’t want to fail like communist system.
How about a hybrid form, for a while, til all the vetting process become complete…?!
Regardless, definitely, we need some kind of reform…!

Plz, remember our environment is not just natural, but also social environment, as well.
Note: We may have been overly protective of our natural environment, but, not much of our social environment.
