Two track control, (updated as of March 15, 2022)

Two track control (1.Tight control of our ports with more tests and screening 2. Test all people within Hawaii when necessary), in fighting the COVID-19.

Do you want no mandate in Hawaii?

Then, as I stated repeatedly, first we should tighten our ports with more tests for any incoming travelers, regardless vaccination status, (although preferred).

Then, for now, for the fast control within Hawaii (but since many people don’t want complete lockdown), 2-3 day psuedo lockdown on weekends, but repeat such pseudo lockdown on the following weekends, if necessary.

The purpose is to isolate as many people as possible, but have quick antigen tests on them.

In order to do that, we may need specific app development for such tasks, and some training and needed staff to manage such large assignments.

If we implement these infrastructure, which may not cost much, (relatively), we may control virus well within Hawaii; so we can enjoy normal daily lives without such as mask mandate, etc.

Aloha.
