My current plan for controlling the virus; short lockdown? or No lockdown?

As one of plans for quick control of the virus within Hawaii, I may want to lockdown only about 3 days for now, hopefully less, if can, especially due to economy.

However, we can (may) still pursue some other measure(s) without lockdown, although it may take longer time.

However, if preferred for lockdown, I would want to give advanced notice for such 3? days of lockdown, so people and businesses can prepare.
(If needed, we may need to extend a few more days.)

However, if we can inform and/or isolate all of the infected within 3 days, we may open right after.

Note: I plan to test (e.g. 2 consecutive? day antigen tests) any and ALL populations of Hawaii during such lockdown.

Believe me, we can (may likely) control the virus within Hawaii, rather quickly and relatively easily with minimal negative effects on economy. But FIRST, we must (should) tighten our ports thru more tests and better screening.

The problem is the officials may likely and strangely not want to act accordingly (or have not shown their will). Simply speaking, they may not care much about, or have not put their priorities, on Hawaii people’s (especially the vulnerable’s) lives.

That’s why I have demanded Gov Ige’s and LG Green’s quick resignation.

Note: I believe we must have received enough money from Fed, for such necessary actions.
