Still, Universal Precautions!

It seems mainland states have started to drop mandates, NOT because, I believe, we are safe, but because they felt it may be better cost-effectively.
(This may mean, among other reasons, it may cost too much for saving the lives of the vulnerable.)

Therefore, regardless of such loosening restrictions, especially the VULNERABLE population MUST still follow the precautions, including wearing high grade masks like N95 or KN95, as if such mandates are still in effect.

UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS, (as if all other people are infected)!
