Dear Gov. Cayetano,

Dear Gov. Cayetano,
I understand and feel your frustration and anger, but your approach, asking Mr. Trump to ditch the Rail, which has been already in progress, may not be good and positive.
If I were you, I would specifically name those people, who and how are corrupting the project, and denounce them in public.
Then, they may change their behavior in humiliation.
I know you (and some people) may think it is not Aloha, but please, remember they are the ones who violated the Aloha.
(And, we can always forgive them later in Aloha.)
Above all, for future of Hawaii, it may be better.
We need to promote and preserve true value of Aloha Spirit…!

Note: (From my perspective and thinking); those who are corrupting the Rail project may hold the key and know the effective solution to finish the project, probably better than many other people. So, their changed behavior may be imperative and important.
Also, while looking for better alternatives and options for the project to finish effectively, we may need to ask Fed to be more patient with us. That is why I said in earlier post, our local politicians should have worked more INTER-dependently with Fed.
